The Forum "Tauelsizdik urpaktary". The Youth of the 30th anniversary of Independence sent a cryptocapsule of time with a message to the future generation

The capital hosted the first national Youth Forum "Tauelsizdik urpaktary", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's Independence and the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

The First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy sent a video message to the Forum participants. "Since the first days of Independence, one of the main priorities of state policy has been comprehensive support for our youth. Over these 30 years, we have been able to educate a new formation of people who are ready to take responsibility for the fate of the Motherland. I have repeatedly stressed that the energy, determination and initiative of young people are the key to the successful development of Kazakhstan. Today, the country faces a large-scale task - to enter the top 30 most developed countries in the world. It is you, the youth of Kazakhstan, who will pave the way to this goal and will live in a completely different era, overcoming all challenges and threats. I am sure that it will be so. After all, you, the younger generation of Kazakhstanis, have a clear understanding that personal success and common prosperity can be achieved only by active participation in the life of your country," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.

 

The Forum was attended by Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev, Minister of Information and Social Development Aida Balayeva, members of Parliament, as well as representatives of progressive youth of Kazakhstan from all regions of the country.

 

Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maulen Ashimbayev, together with Minister Aida Balayeva, presented diplomas to the laureates of the state youth award "Daryn" for fruitful scientific, creative, social activities, as well as for high sports achievements within the framework of the Forum "Tauelsizdik Urpaktary".

 

Maulen Ashimbayev expressed confidence that the new generation of talented youth will continue the course of building a strong and peaceful State. In his speech, he focused on the main achievements of Kazakhstan over the years of Independence, telling in detail about the initiatives of the First President of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, aimed at supporting youth.

 

"Over the years of Independence, the Bolashak program has been implemented in the country. Thanks to her, our youth got the opportunity to study at the world's leading universities. About 1,800 new schools have been built across the country. New hospitals and scientific medical centers were built to improve the health of the nation. Over 1,800 healthcare facilities have been built and put into operation since Independence. Many projects have been implemented to create infrastructure in the regions and rural areas. All this was done, first of all, in order for our youth to become educated, healthy and competitive," Maulen Ashimbayev said.

 

He also noted that yesterday at a meeting of the Political Council of the Nur Otan party, Elbasy announced a set of principles "Seven Pillars of Statehood", which will become a key guideline for Kazakhstanis in the new era. Maulen Ashimbayev recalled the words of the First President of Kazakhstan that by strengthening the Independence and preserving the integrity of the country, supporting the value of the family, promoting national and spiritual culture, paying attention to knowledge and honest work, we will become a nation of creators.

 

The Speaker of the Senate also spoke about the measures implemented in the country in recent years on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in the field of youth policy. Among them are the Year of the Volunteer, the creation of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, the initiative on the legislative introduction of a mandatory 30% quota for women and youth in the electoral lists of political parties, etc.

 

"At the initiative of the President of the country, the implementation of systemic projects to support young people has begun. The state pays great attention to the creation of effective and fair social elevators for the new generation of Kazakhstanis. The Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve has been formed," the Chairman of the Senate said.

 

Minister A.Balayeva elaborated on the practical significance of the initiatives of Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev in the field of youth policy for 30 years of Independence of Kazakhstan. She highlighted such initiatives of the Elbasy as the law on state youth policy, measures to support talented, working and active youth, including the state prize "Daryn", projects "With a diploma to the village", "Zhasyl El", "Youth Practice", "Serpin" and others.

 

"The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev continues the sustainable policy of youth support," A.Balayeva said. She said that on behalf of the President, a draft Youth Development Index of Kazakhstan has been developed, according to which the work of local authorities on the implementation of youth policy will be evaluated on the basis of clear criteria. The Minister said that this index will be implemented starting next year in all 17 regions of Kazakhstan.

 

 An exciting and important part of the last Forum was the launch of the Cryptocapsule of Time with a message to the future generation in 2041, which is encrypted with a special cryptographic key and will be opened by the 50th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence. It was launched on behalf of representatives of young Kazakhstanis on the 30th anniversary of the country's Independence by the winner of the International Olympiad in Mathematics Sultanbek Baizhanov. It is worth noting separately that the cryptographic message was specially developed by a young startup Timur Rysbekov.

 

During the Forum, it was announced that an initiative group of young activists made a proposal to present a thank-you book "Algys Kitaby" to Elbasy N.A.Nazarbayev, which contains words of gratitude from representatives of the country's youth who have achieved professional and socially significant success thanks to the Independence of Kazakhstan.

 

Within the framework of the Youth Forum of Kazakhstan "Tauelsizdik urpaktary", foresight sessions for active youth were held with the participation of well-known speakers from among successful businessmen, researchers, NGO leaders, UN representatives on topical topics that concern Kazakhstani youth.

 

Among the topics of foresight sessions are "Trends in personality development", "Spiral dynamics. Ways of thinking accessible to humanity", "International volunteering as a new trend in personal development", "Digital transformation of entrepreneurship in the world and in Kazakhstan", "Promotion of international development in the XXI century: the main trends" and others.
