The results of the project "Development and implementation of a set of measures to support families with children in difficult life situations", implemented with the support of the Center for Support of Civil Initiatives commissioned by the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, have been summed up today.
During the implementation of the project, 552 people from all regions of Kazakhstan received certificates of mastering specialties in various fields. So, family members who found themselves in a difficult life situation learned such new, sought-after specialties as sewing, cleaning, patchwork, makeup, fruit bouquet, cooking, SMM and others.
More than 10 active members from large families, families raising children with disabilities were involved in the project as consultants, trainers and employees.
The project showed that these professions were chosen correctly - there were more people willing to get a new specialty than could be trained within the framework of the project. The participants noted the high-quality organization of the educational process with the provision of all necessary materials and tools for training. All the professions offered for training had a practical result: saving the family budget, the possibility of additional earnings, an increase in income due to the expansion of services for already working women.
