Meeting of the Coordinating Council for the Development of Youth Organizations

Today for members of the Coordinating Council for the Development of Youth Organizations under the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The coordinating council was attended by Vice-Minister of Information and Social Development Askar Umarov, Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs Shakhmardan Baymanov, heads of republican youth organizations, representatives of public authorities and employees of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Center for Analysis and Monitoring of Socio-Economic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Youth Research Center.

"The national project "Ulttyk Rukhani Zhangyru" was developed by the Ministries of Information and Social Development, Education and Science, Culture and Sports and is aimed at preserving national and cultural identity, and realizing the artistic and creative potential of every citizen of Kazakhstan by stimulating, improving the quality and diversity of cultural products, as well as the formation of spiritual and moral values among the younger generation," A. Umarov said.

In turn, Sh. Baymanov presented the third direction "Tauelsizdik urpaktary" of the national project "Ulttyk rukhani zhangyru".

 "In the third direction, "Tauelsizdik urpaktary", specific tasks are outlined aimed at developing new opportunities for young people, socialization and employment of young people, involvement of young people in socially useful activities.

 I believe that our common task is to fully convey to society and correctly explain the relevance of the national project," Sh. Baymanov.

In addition, Deputy Head of the expert-analytical group of the Center for Analysis and Monitoring of Social and Economic Reforms under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Kusmanov stressed the relevance of the announced housing programs, which will become a significant support for young people. They were also invited to consider the possibility, for example, the creation of additional jobs after the award of grants "Tauelsizdik urpaktary" for the subsequent strengthening of the effect on the indicator of startup projects.

The head of the Department of Socio-Political Studies of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan I. Rystina noted the importance of the indicator in the national project "Ulttyk rukhani Zhangyru" for further work on the translation into Kazakh of popular cartoon and educational channels to increase the content consumed by children in the state language.

At the end of the event, A. Umarov noted that all the tasks of the National Project are focused on achieving indicative results and implementing project management rules.
