A seminar on interaction with civil society was held

Over 100 employees from all regional departments of internal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in an educational and practical seminar on the development of professional skills in the field of civil society development.

During the seminar the specifics of working with risk groups, mechanisms of state financing of NGOs, issues of ensuring public consent, as well as issues of communication with the population were considered.

The speakers of the seminar were professional experts and trainers of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Center for Support of Civil Initiatives, the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Studies, the marketing communications service Red Point Meruert Zhunubek, Zhasulan Bisembiev, Togzhan Zeidenova, Dulat Otegali, Assel Kozhakova.

The participants noted the relevance and importance of the seminar for further improvement of practical skills of employees of government agencies.

"The seminar provided useful, necessary knowledge about how to behave in crisis situations, make effective decisions, influence the situation," said one of the seminar participants, head of the Department of Political Work and Social Development of the Department of Internal Policy of Akmola region Assem Azerbayeva.

The online seminar was organized by the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
