Representatives of more than 60 NGOs from the southern and western regions took part in the development of proposals on mechanisms to support civil initiatives in rural areas.
Thus, the Ministry of Information and Social Development organized another planned special platform with the participation of the Chairman of the Committee on Civil Society Affairs Madiyar Kozhakhmet. During the lively discussion, the President of the Association of NGOs of Aktobe region Aigul Duissenova, the chairman of the NGO "Zhaydarly" Ailashova Nabiya, and the chairman of the Council of veterans of the Zhanibek district Amangeldy Ualiev and others voiced their proposals for the development of rural NGOs.
Questions were raised about the abolition of dumping for the state social order, the establishment of regional restrictions for NGOs to participate in state social order competitions, the absence of regional grant projects, as well as an insufficient number of state social orders aimed at solving the problems of the local community.
It should be noted that all proposals will be taken into account as part of the implementation of the President's State to the people of Kazakhstan regarding the development of a mechanism to support civil initiatives in rural areas.
