A training seminar for press secretaries was held in Almaty

The International Foundation for the Protection of Freedom of Speech "Adil Soz" with the assistance of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the K. Adenauer Foundation held a training seminar on October 25 and 27, 2021 "Development of media competence among press secretaries of public authorities".

Within two days, the journalist, the author of the manual "The Press secretary who is loved by the media" Madina Alimkhanova, as well as fact-checkers Duman Terlikbayev and Zhanserik Tileukhan explained the practical application of legislative norms for providing information and relations with the media and journalists.

The training event was attended by 40 representatives of the press services of the central public and local executive authorities.

The training was conducted in both Kazakh and Russian languages.
