The implementation of the National project "Ulttyk rukhani zhangyru" was discussed at the KISD site
Today a meeting of the Minister of Information and Social Development Aida Balayeva with experts and public figures took place at the site of the Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development, during which the implementation of the National Project "Ulttyk Rukhani Zhangyru" was discussed.
The main goal of "Ulttyk rukhani zhangyru" project is to preserve the age-old national code, adapt it to the current of the modern technological era and consolidate the foundations of civilizational consciousness in the future.
Today during a meeting with experts the Minister spoke in detail about plans for the implementation of the National Project in three directions.
The first direction provides for two main tasks - the promotion of national values and the development of the state language. The second direction of "El Rukhy" consists of two tasks - improving the quality and accessibility of cultural services, popularization of the domestic cultural product. The third direction "Tauelsiz urpaktary", includes tasks providing for the development of new opportunities and the involvement of young people in socially useful activities.
"The expected social and economic effects will modernize the consciousness of citizens, including young people, aimed at a responsible attitude towards themselves and the world around them, the development of the cultural potential of the nation, further strengthening the status of the state language, active participation in public life, the development of a sense of belonging and initiative," Aida Balayeva stressed.
In his speech, Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan Nurkisa Daueshov noted that the work on the implementation of the National Project will be carried out comprehensively in accordance with advanced digital solutions. For example, access to cultural events, theater seasons, exhibitions in museums, etc. will be provided through a single platform e-culture.kz also, within the framework of the project, a complete modernization of the «Kazakhfilm» film studio will be carried out in order to popularize domestic cultural products and increase the number of domestic animated films.
Executive Director of the «National Translation Bureau» Rauan Kenzhehanuly also added that the issue of digitization of works of art included in the gold fund of Kazakhstan in accordance with modern requirements is relevant.
Other experts also shared their views on the implementation of the National Project. Media Manager Syrym Itkulov stressed that the implementation of this large-scale program will meet the basic, basic needs in providing conditions for the development and upbringing of the younger generation.
In turn, Adviser to the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanar Tulindinova noted that "among all national projects, "Ulttyk rukhani zhangyru" should be a priority. Socio-economic reforms should be based primarily on cultural and national values."
