The republican lecture hall of the People’s Assembly of Kazakhstan was held in Zhambyl region

The People’s Assembly of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a Republican lecture in Zhambyl region to promote the Kazakh model of social harmony and national unity.

The lecture, which started in September in Mangystau, continued today in the villages of Zhambyl region: Kordai, Masanchi, Sortobe, Karakemer.

As part of the lecture, Deputy Chairman of the People’s Assembly of Kazakhstan - Head of the Secretariat M.Azilkhanov held a number of meetings with local residents to get acquainted with the current situation of the population.

The meetings were also attended by Deputy Akim of Zhambyl region D.Karibek, Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan G. Shoikin and others.

The trip of the Deputy Chairman of the Assembly Marat Azilkhanov began from the village of Karakemer. After getting acquainted with the activities of the sports complex of the village, he met with the elders and answered a number of questions concerning interethnic relations.

Another important meeting, planned as part of the trip of the PAK representatives, continued at the House of Culture of the village of Kordai. The main topic of the meeting, held in the format of an exchange of views, was the activities of the Council of Elders and topical issues of concern to the population in rural areas.

At the meeting, special attention was paid to the issues of raising the status of the state language, helping other ethnic groups in its study, activating the work of the Assembly's youth, supporting them, familiarizing themselves with the activities of the Council of Elders, etc.

The main purpose of the lecture is to strengthen the unity of the people on the basis of a common cultural code, common values and national historical consciousness of all Kazakhstanis.

After getting acquainted with the work of the museum in the House of Culture, Marat Azilkhanov visited the House of Imams in the village of Sortobe.

During this meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the PAK also got acquainted with the work of rural imams. Measures to further strengthen the activities of the Assembly, as well as the Kazakh model of social harmony and national unity were discussed.

As part of the trip, an expanded meeting of the Council of Mothers of the PAK region was held. The event was attended by Chairman of the Council of Mothers of the PAK Nazipa Shanai and other representatives of the Council.

At the meeting of the Council of Mothers, a number of issues related to the main activities of the Assembly were discussed, the participants exchanged views.
