According to the draft regulations for the support of journalists in violation of their rights

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to provide support to journalists in violation of their rights, has developed the "Regulations for the support of Journalists in violation of their rights" (hereinafter - the Regulations).

The regulations reflect the rights and obligations of journalists, state bodies and the actions of the Ministry in cases of violation of the rights of journalists.

In this regard, as part of the further improvement of the regulations, the Ministry invites all interested parties to discuss.
