Training seminars for the management corps in the field of youth policy from all regions of Kazakhstan within the framework of the "Academy of Professional Development" project have been completed in Nur-Sultan.

For ten days the project participants underwent training, trainings on the development of managerial competencies and leadership, on the implementation of the principles of the «Rukhani Zhangyru» program in the youth environment, participated in seminars on the basics of youth policy and youth work, and also took a course on project management.

The training took place at the following venues: the School of Political Management of the Nur Otan Party, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development "Rukhani Zhangyru" and the Research Center "Youth".

The trainers and lecturers were professional coaches, business coaches, well-known professionals in their field.

We remind you that all participants of the "Academy of Professional Development" project were selected on a competitive basis. From more than 40 applications, 20 participants were selected who represent the management corps in the field of youth policy from all regions of Kazakhstan.
