A meeting of the Methodological Council on the introduction of modern management methods into the activities of MSI «Kogamdyk kelisim»

On September 29-30 this year a meeting of the Methodological Council on the introduction of modern management methods into the activities of MSI «Kogamdyk Kelisim» under the akimats of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, regions and public structures of the PA regions was held in the Nur-Sultan Friendship House.

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman - Head of the Secretariat of the People`s Assembly (PA) of Kazakhstan M. Azilkhanov, deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Dementieva, A. Amirkhanyan, Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations MISD G. Shoikin, heads of regional MSI "Kogamdyk kelisim" and others.

During the meeting, the current tasks facing the regional structures of the MSI "Kogamdyk kelisim", Friendship Houses and public structures of the PA to further improve the efficiency of their activities were considered.

Deputy Chairman of the PA M. Azilkhanov set specific tasks to promote the unifying values of the Kazakh society, joint implementation of significant projects of the PA with ethno-cultural and other public associations, etc. According to him, reformatting the activities of the PA, based on the use of modern innovative methods, will continue to solve the main task – strengthening the unity of society.

Within the framework of the meeting, the heads of the regional MSI "Kogamdyk kelisim" made reports, who informed about the results of the work done. Topical issues of the organization of the activities of MSI "Kogamdyk kelisim" and Friendship Houses, projects of model work plans of public structures of the PA, etc. are considered.

The participants of the event discussed the development of Friendship Houses as centers of consolidation of various ethnic groups, strengthening the role of the State language, activating analytical work on the study of the interethnic situation in the regions. Measures have been developed for the further development of ethnomediation, the institute of volunteering and charity, the involvement of active youth organizations in the work of the PA, information support for the activities of the PA, etc.

At the end of the event, experts of the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Studies of the MISD of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a training seminar for participants on modern methods of work in the activities of the regional structural divisions of the PA, a platform for the exchange of views was organized.

 

For reference: There are 37 Friendship Houses in the republic, of which: 1 - republican in Almaty, 15 – regional and in Nur-Sultan and Shymkent, 7 – city, 14 - district.

In 16 Houses of friendship there are regional MSI "Kogamdyk kelisim".

There are 291 ethno-cultural associations, 17 mediation rooms, 14 museums/libraries, 8 language rooms, 303 creative collectives (vocal, choreographic, needlework circles and others), regional headquarters of the youth movement "Zhangyru Zholy", Associations of entrepreneurs, Clubs of journalists, Councils of Mothers, Councils of Public Consent, mediation rooms, 248 language groups for the study of languages, history, culture and traditions of ethnic groups. The club "Mamile" operates in 17 Friendship Houses within the framework of the cultural and educational project "Kazaktanu".
