Kazakhstan and Egypt intend to develop cooperation in the supervised areas of the MISD of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva met with the delegation of the Arab Republic of Egypt headed by the Director of the National Media Council of Egypt Hussein Kamal Abdelkader Zein.

During the conversation the Minister briefly acquainted the participants of the meeting with the activities of the Ministry, in particular, she told about the measures taken in the field of information and mass media, to ensure the rights and protection of media representatives, support of the media in the context of a pandemic.

The prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the areas supervised by the ministry were also discussed, in particular, the minister expressed interest in exchanging content in the field of television and radio broadcasting.

In turn, the Egyptian side expressed its readiness for comprehensive cooperation and the implementation of joint projects aimed at the development of cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries, in particular, the creation of television projects on the spiritual and moral education of young people.

The parties expressed their intentions to strengthen and further establish close and mutually beneficial relations.
