The People`s Assembly: The contribution of every citizen of Kazakhstan to the implementation of the State is important

Today the People`s Assembly (PA) with the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development held a republican round table to discuss and implement the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev`s State to Nation Address entitled  «Unity of the people and systemic reforms are a solid foundation for the country's prosperity».

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman-Head of the PA Secretariat Marat Azilkhanov, Vice-Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Egizbayev, deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament from the PA, chairmen of republican and regional ethno-cultural associations and others.

The participants of the round table discussed the priorities and tasks of the President's Address, the issues of the PA's participation in their implementation, as well as the further work of the Assembly to strengthen public harmony and national unity.

1. Azilkhanov noted that the State of the President is a timely signal to society about the need to protect and strengthen the unity, independence, values that unite us.

 Vice-Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Egizbayev spoke in detail about the activities of the Ministry to strengthen and harmonize interethnic relations.

The speakers noted that the contribution of every citizen of Kazakhstan to strengthening the atmosphere of peace and harmony in the country is important, which the President calls for in his State.

According to the participants, the State was a practical answer to current issues of the socio-economic and political agenda, gave direct answers to burning issues that concern the population.

Following the event, the specific measures were developed aimed at further clarification and effective implementation of the State of the President with the participation of members and all structures of the People`s Assembly.
