Representatives of the PAK discussed the role of the Constitution in the unity of the people of the country

Today under the auspices of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan a republican round table «The Constitution is the basis of unity and spiritual harmony of the people of Kazakhstan» was held.

The event was attended by deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of the PAK, public authorities, ethno-cultural associations, scientific and creative intelligentsia, and youth leaders.

They discussed the historical role of the Constitution in the development of the Kazakh model of social harmony and unity.

The participants encouraged to protect the fundamental norms proclaimed in the Basic Law and which are the key to successful development, preservation of unity and harmony in the Kazakh society.

They noted the historical role of Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev in the creation and adoption of the current Constitution, in which Kazakhstan asserts itself as a legal and secular state.
