A seminar on legal education of young people was held

Today on the eve of the Constitution Day an online seminar on legal education for young people «Tauelsizdiktin tiregi-Ata zan!» was held.

The event was attended by the leadership and employees of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the public association «Chamber of Young Lawyers», youth resource centers.

During the seminar, the speakers noted the special role of the First President – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev in the constitution-making of Kazakhstan, who founded in developing the draft of the current Constitution.

The current Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted during a national referendum in 1995.

In addition, the speakers presented cognitive and applied cases aimed at improving the mechanisms and methods of working with young people to improve their legal culture, as well as the history and main stages of the development of Kazakh law.

At the end of the event, Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shakhmardan Baymanov summed up that during the years of Independence of Kazakhstan, the necessary legal conditions and opportunities for realizing their potential and development have been created for young people.

The organizers of the seminar are the Ministry of Information and Social Development together with the Center for Non-Party Control.
