Kazakhstan will prepare trainers for NGOs

The NGO Academy has started accepting applications for the educational program «TOT - Training for Trainers», which will last until August 15, 2021.

The program can be attended by both existing trainers to obtain new competencies, and employees of non-governmental organizations to develop their own training program for NGO representatives. All participants who have completed the training will receive certificates.

The trainers and mentors of the program will be certified trainers and mentors-coaches with more than 25 years of experience in training programs, such as Lina Strygina, Regina Larioshina, Madina Bilyalova.

The training program starts on August 16 and ends on September 13. Participants will gain knowledge in the field of transformation of modern educational systems, digital technologies in education, study the structure of training, its types and directions, the design of the educational process and work with group dynamics in training, and much more. After the end of the training program, the participants will be supported by mentors for a month.

The conditions for participation: work experience in the NGO sector for at least 3 years in such areas as marketing, fundraising, project management, social design, social entrepreneurship, writing reports, planning the organization's activities, volunteer work, business planning/business models, strategic thinking, effective management skills, design thinking (creative thinking). It is necessary to publish a video message on your page with a duration of no more than 1 minute, in which the applicant will tell about himself (full name, place of work), the purpose of participation in the program, what program for training NGOs he plans to conduct, the language of training, why he should participate in the program, tag the @academy_npo page and open his account.

In addition, you need to send to vigovskaya@kazmediation.kz photos in high quality and a short summary (half the A4 size, work experience in the NGO sector, contact details, a link to the video business card in social networks).
