Experts discussed issues on the topic " The role of the father in family education»

Today, on the eve of the International Father's Day, an online dialogue platform "The role of the father in family education"was held.
The event was attended by members of the National Commission on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of state bodies, the UN in Kazakhstan, the Rukhani Zhangyru NGO, public associations and others.
The participants shared their views on improving the knowledge of parents and teachers in the field of child protection on the Internet, the implementation of the project "Conscious Fatherhood", the promotion of recommendations for the involvement of men in the upbringing of children, etc.

Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sh. Baymanov spoke about the ongoing work to strengthen family relations, the institute of fatherhood, support for young people and the implementation of grant projects in the field of family policy.
He noted that about 150 events, competitions, actions "Uzdik ake", "En Zhaksy ake", "Akeshim – askar tauym", challenges #meninekemenmykty, #menintatuotbasym, #myadruzhnayasemya, #day of the father, online conferences "Ake-otbasynyn tiregi", online concerts and other events with coverage in the media and social networks will be held in the regions. In addition, all the proposed initiatives will be taken into account when developing projects to strengthen the family institution."
