In the regions of the country, training is underway on issues of state social order

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the “Consulting Center“ ZUBR ”and the ALE“ Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan ”, initiated explanatory seminars in the regions of Kazakhstan on issues of increasing the efficiency of state social order.

In general, the seminars are held within the framework of the implementation of the recommendations of the IX civil forum and strategic sessions ("Days of the Ministry") in the regions and cities of republican significance.

Training in all regions of the country takes place from June 1 and will last until June 24, 2021.

Thus, under the chairmanship of Gulbara Sultanova, deputy chairman of the KDGO MIOR RK, seminars have already been held for representatives of state bodies of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, East Kazakhstan and Pavlodar regions. More than 40 employees of government agencies were given explanations on the formation of topics and on compliance with the State Social Order Standard.

Let us recall that the state social order is one of the most effective mechanisms for interaction with NGOs. MIOR RK is constantly working to improve the regulatory framework.

It is worth noting that work in this area has been carried out for more than 16 years and annually more than 300 government agencies of various levels and more than 1000 NGOs participate in the state social order.

At the same time, problems in the field of state social orders remain relevant.

One of the important aspects is to increase the competence of civil servants, explaining to them the existing problematic issues of the mechanism for implementing the state social order.
