A working group will be created on the draft law on non-profit organizations

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in pursuance of the Action Plan for the implementation of the recommendations of the Civil Forum of Kazakhstan, the Conceptual Plan of Legislative Work for 2021-2026, as well as the Concept for the Development of Civil Society in the Republic of Kazakhstan, has begun work on the development of the concept of the draft law "On Non-Commercial Organizations".

Thus, the Ministry is forming the composition of the Working Group for the development of the Concept of the draft law.
The ministry invites civil society experts, heads of NGOs, international organizations and government officials.
