Draft order for the approval of the Standard of the State Social Order

The Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2018 No. 19 "On Approval of the Standard of the State Social Order" (hereinafter referred to as the Draft).

The project was developed in accordance with subparagraph 5-1) of Article 4-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2005 "On the State Social Order, grants and awards for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

On May 4, 2021, the project was posted on the Open NPA Internet portal https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=8513630 in the section "registration and business development".
