Draft order on the evaluation of the results of the state social order

The Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 15, 2018 No. 18 "On Approval of the Rules for the Formation, Monitoring of Implementation and Evaluation of the Results of the State Social Order" (hereinafter referred to as the Draft).

The project was developed in accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 4-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2005 "On State Social Orders, grants and awards for Non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

On May 4, 2021, the project was posted on the Open NPA Internet portal https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=8514139 in the section "economy/economic activity".
