Asylbek Yessenbayev appointed Chairman of the Board of NAO "KIOR "Rukhani zhangyru»

By the order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yessenbayev Asylbek Yessimkanovich was appointed to the post of Chairman of the Board of the NAO "Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development "Rukhani Zhangyru".
Asylbek Yessenbayev is an economist by education, in 1998 he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management.
Candidate of Political Sciences.
He started his career as a researcher at the Institute of Development of Kazakhstan. He worked in such research structures as the Analytical Center "Strategy", the Institute of World Economy and Politics under the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has experience in the civil service in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He worked as an adviser to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.
Until now, he was the head of the department in the akimat of the city of Nur-Sultan.
