Today, with the participation of the Minister of Information and Public Development Aida Balayeva, a round table meeting "Spiritual development and preservation of national traditions"was held in an online format.
The meeting was attended by Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Berik Abdygaliuly, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Dauletkerey Kapuly, Director of the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Studies Talgat Kaliyev, Director of the Institute of Public Policy "Nur Otan" Madina Nurgaliyeva and other prominent representatives of scientific and creative intelligentsia, government agencies, NGO leaders and experts.
In her welcoming speech, Minister Aida Balayeva congratulated all participants on the upcoming Nauryz holiday and recalled that in the article "Independence is most important", President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke about the need to preserve the original culture and unique traditions that form the basis of national identity. Thus, the Minister said that on behalf of the President, a draft Concept for the celebration of Nauryz has been prepared, according to which it is planned to implement comprehensive measures aimed at developing the spiritual and moral content of the holiday.
Aida Balayeva also noted that these measures are part of the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program, the ideological initiator of which is the Elbasy – the First President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev.
During the event, the participants of the round table Berik Abdygaliuly, Talgat Kaliyev, Dauletkerey Kapuly, Madina Nurgaliyeva, Zhanar Bukanova, Ote Darkhan, Maksutbek Aitmaganbet and others actively shared their vision and suggestions on the issues of spiritual development and preservation of national traditions.
At the end of the event, summarizing the proposals voiced, Aida Balayeva emphasized that it is important to pay attention to the development of the institution of the family, child rearing and education, where the spiritual and moral origins come from. She noted that in the formation of the worldview of modern children, there is a factor of significant influence on them of the virtual world, which remains uncontrolled. In this regard, she said that the Ministry implements the projects "Smart Generation" about the scientific achievements of young scientists, as well as" Ulttyq tarbie", which is aimed at educating a competitive, versatile generation of young people.
It should be noted that all the suggestions and comments of the participants of the round table will be summarized, studied and taken into account in the further work of the "Rukhani Zhangyru"CIOR.
