Marathon of good deeds in Zhanaozen. Center for children with special needs opened

As part of the "Marathon of Good Deeds" in honor of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence, a new rehabilitation center "Balagai" was opened in the city of Zhanaozen.

Let us remind you that the "Marathon of Good Deeds" project is being implemented at the initiative of the Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev.

The opening ceremony of the center was attended by the Chairman of the Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas Alik Aidarbayev, representatives of the Samruk-Kazyna Trust Fund, General Director of JSC Ozenmunaigas Esen Uteev, as well as parents of children with special needs.

The project was initiated by the Public Fund "Manayshy Kamkory".

Thus, the Ozenmunaigas company allocated a room on the basis of a fitness center and carried out a major overhaul. In addition, the annual budget to cover the administrative expenses of the Center will be formed at the expense of monthly voluntary contributions from JSC Ozenmunaigas employees, the number of which today is more than 9 thousand people.

About 600 children a year with diagnoses such as infantile cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, mental retardation, hemiparesis, neuro-orthopedic diseases and others will be admitted for rehabilitation at the Center on a free basis.

The Samruk-Kazyna Trust also supported this project and purchased the necessary equipment for the Center.
In addition, the Center employed about 15 qualified specialists from the city of Zhanaozen.

Recall that the events of the "Marathon of Good Deeds" are implemented in all regions of the country, which are dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence.
