Today, March 12, 2021, at the initiative of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in honor of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence, an educational project for children with special educational needs is launched - a social animation school at the Balapan TV channel.
A similar project is being implemented for the first time in Central Asia, where the school participants will be taught by the best animators from Kazakhstan, Japan and South Korea.
The school provides an opportunity for children to acquire new skills and abilities that will contribute to their social adaptation. In addition to social support, the organizers aim to train specialists in demand in the field of animation. Note that the project provides for the possibility of future employment of successful graduates.
The school of the TV channel "Balapan" is also unique in that after training, children will have the opportunity to consult with teachers and keep in touch with them.
To participate in the project, 30 children aged 14 to 16 were selected, who will be trained online from March to August 2021. It is planned that children in the first month of training will have a general lecture on the basics of animation. In the future, students will be divided into several interest groups.
The main requirements for admission are the desire and interest of children to study, the creative potential of adolescents.
Today, the animation design industry is rapidly developing in Kazakhstan. Moreover, such work can be comfortable for people with physical disabilities.
The training course is free and is a charitable project with the participation of animation studios. The Qazaqstan TV and Radio Corporation provides children with special tablets and other technical devices necessary for learning.
