The draft law "On public control" has been published

The Ministry of Information and Social Development notifies about the placement of the draft Law "On Public Control" on the Internet portal "Open RLA" and the Internet resource of the department.

The draft Law was developed in order to create a legal environment for the implementation of tasks in the field of strengthening public control.

Recall that the Head of State Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2020 "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action" instructed to develop and adopt the Law "On Public Control", designed to ensure accountability to the public of state bodies and the quasi-public sector.
