Strategic Session of Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in West Kazakhstan region was held

Today, on February 10, with the participation of Vice-Minister of Information and Public Development Marat Azilkhanov and First Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan Region Mukhtar Mankeev, the Day of the Ministry of Information and Public Development in the West Kazakhstan region was held in an online format.

Recall that at the initiative of the Ministry, strategic sessions are held in all regions of the country. The main task of the events is to discuss and explain current issues and tasks in the areas supervised by the Ministry, to build a constructive dialogue between representatives of state bodies and the public of the region, as well as to provide answers to topical questions of the population of the regions.

Representatives of the Ministry in the West Kazakhstan region held 14 panel sessions and seminars with the participation of more than 500 people from among the employees of local executive state bodies, representatives of NGOs and the public, and the media.

The list of topics and questions at the events concerned the areas of interaction between the state and the non-governmental sector, interfaith and interethnic harmony, youth and family policy, information policy and access to information.

Thus, during the events of the Ministry's Day in the West Kazakhstan Region, issues of implementing projects of the state social order and grant funding, a new draft Rules for Accreditation of journalists, a special plan for training media professionals for 2020-2021, organizational and methodological support in the development of interethnic relations and adaptation of kandas, organization of work on intradepartmental monitoring and control of access to information, and others were raised.

The strategic session in the West Kazakhstan region is part of the implementation of the concept of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "The Hearing State".

During today's events, employees of the Ministry answered a number of topical questions from members of the public, exchanged views and ideas for further improving the work both at the central, regional and local levels.
