Announcement on the terms and conditions of accreditation of private entrepreneurship entities

The Ministry of Information and Social Development announces the annual accreditation of private entrepreneurship entities for 2021.
Accreditation of associations of private entrepreneurship entities is carried out in accordance with the Rules for the accreditation of associations of private entrepreneurship entities, approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2015 No. 1089.

To obtain accreditation, the applicant submits the following documents:
1) a statement of the established form;
2) notarized copies of constituent documents and a certificate or certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the association as a legal entity, if the original is not submitted for verification;
Note: * - a certificate of state (accounting) registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, issued before the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2012 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on State Registration of Legal Entities and Accounting registration of branches and representative offices ", is valid until the termination of the legal entity.
3) a list of members of the association.

Accreditation may be refused in cases where:
1) the submitted documents do not meet the requirements of clause 7 of the Rules;
2) the association does not carry out activities to protect the interests of its members;
3) the submitted documents contain false or incomplete information.
The accreditation certificate is issued for a period of three years.
Acceptance of documents for accreditation is carried out by the Office of the Ministry from February 1 to 12, 2021 (on weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00) at the address: Nur-Sultan, 8 Mangilik El ave., Entrance 14, telephone for inquiries: 74-13- 12, 74-10-12, 8-702-470-02-01.
