The implementation of the program "Rukhani Zhagyru" was discussed with the rectors of higher educational institutions

At the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a working meeting was held between the Minister of Information and Social Development Aida Balayeva with the rectors of higher educational institutions located in the city of Almaty. During the meeting, the current results of the Rukhani Zhagyru program, the draft Roadmap for the Program's transition to the period of National Modernization, as well as topical issues of the education sector in the context of modernizing public consciousness and the integration of the Rukhani Zhagyru principles into the educational process were discussed. “Today, Kazakhstani higher educational institutions as subjects of the formation of human capital are the main drivers of the modernization of public consciousness among young people, forming not only professionals in various fields, but also conscientious citizens with high spiritual motivation, competitiveness and open consciousness,” Aida Balayeva noted, outlining a special role educational institutions in the implementation of the Program. Over the three years of the Program implementation, comprehensive work has been carried out in its key areas. The work with local executive bodies and regional project offices for the management of the Program has been intensified, the activities of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development have been established, which provides analytical and methodological support. The Action Plan of the Rukhani Zhagyru program for 2020 was implemented, taking into account the introduction of new approaches and mechanisms. Within the framework of the Plan, activities were envisaged in 3 main value areas of the Program: "Personal development", "National identity and raising international status", "Development of the state, civil society and local community". In 2020, the regions of the country under the Program held more than 30,000 events covering about 8 million people. The share of population involvement in the implementation of the Program was 32.8%. In 2020, through the special project "Tugan Zher" at the expense of patrons, 537 socially significant objects were built and 445 reconstructed, 1,231 patrons invested about 10 billion tenge in the development of key regional infrastructure facilities. At the same time, in the past year, new 4 special projects were introduced, which are aimed at personal development: "Enem - Kogam Kuaty", "Dustur men uryp", "Kyktyk madeniet" and "Enbek - eldin muraty". The implementation of new special projects of the Rukhani Zhagyru program, which include the introduction of a pragmatic lifestyle into the system of value orientations of Kazakhstanis, the formation of a legal culture of the population, the idea of ​​hard work, rational behavior, rethinking of traditions and customs, will lead to the development of society and a change in the social behavior of Kazakhstanis. Meetings of the discussion platform "Azamattyk alak" are regularly held to discuss topical issues of our time, which included well-known public figures, scientists, experts in various fields of activity. The Ministry also launched an information channel on the current results of the Rukhani Zhagyru program and the activities of the Azamattyk alak discussion platform in the Telegram social network, and activated the work of the official portal of the Ruh.kz Program, which was given legal status this year. To date, a draft Roadmap for the transition of the Rukhani Zhagyru program to the period of National Modernization is being developed. The activities and projects of the Roadmap are developed in accordance with the age characteristics of the population. For the effective implementation of the planned activities, specific recommendations will be developed and sent to state bodies for use in work. Today, the Rukhani Zhagyru program is the main concept for the development of human capital and a mechanism for building a new ideological agenda for our society. Summing up, we can note the positive results, efficiency and new dynamics of the implementation of the Rukhani Zhagyru program. In the context of modern risks and challenges of globalization, improving human competitiveness, developing pragmatism, preserving national identity, popularizing the cult of knowledge and openness of consciousness of citizens are the main guidelines of a modern Kazakhstani.
