Notification of the placement of the draft NPA on the portal "Opening of the NPA»
The Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs about the placement of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Control" and "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public control" in the period from January 15 to 29, 2021 on the Internet portal "Open NPAs", as well as on the Internet resource of the Ministry.
These acts were developed in order to create legal conditions for the implementation of tasks in the field of strengthening public control, set by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action" dated September 1, 2020.
In the period from 15 to 29 January 2021, the Ministry invites you to participate in the discussion of these projects.
