Notification of the placement of the draft order

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for the formation and placement of social advertising on domestic TV channels to promote a healthy lifestyle" (hereinafter – the Project).

The project was developed in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 14-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2003 "On Advertising".

The project provides for the approval of the Rules for the formation and placement of social advertising on domestic TV channels to promote a healthy lifestyle.

For the purpose of public discussion, the project was posted on the Internet portal "Open legal acts" on January 13, 2021 in the section "Culture, Religion, Mass media"
