A discussion of the foundations of the Strategy for the spiritual and moral education of preschool and school children took place

Today, January 12, 2021, in an online format, chaired by the Minister of Information and Social Development Aida Balayeva, a meeting was held to discuss the Strategy for the spiritual and moral education of children of preschool and school age as part of the implementation of new approaches of the Rukhani Zhagyru program and taking into account the socio-psychological characteristics of age groups (interests, channels of obtaining information, etc.). The discussion was attended by the heads of regional non-governmental organizations working in the field of education and upbringing, as well as public figures, teachers, heads of the TV channels "Balapan" and "Elarna". To systematize the principles of spiritual and educational work of the younger generation of Kazakhstanis, the project will be implemented within the framework of the Rukhani Zhagyru program. An important component of the measures, taking into account the comprehensive understanding of the values ​​of the "Rukhani Zhagyru" program, will be the development of teaching aids for the spiritual and moral education of preschool and school children. Minister Aida Balayeva noted in her speech: “In general, today's topic is long overdue. As you know, our Ministry is the coordinator of the implementation of the Rukhani Zhagyru program. Our work is related to the comprehensive organization of events for the development of society. And what is the development of society? First of all, of course, it is associated with the upbringing of the younger generation. At all times, the key issue has been and remains the issue of raising children as the future of the country, which continues the development of all spheres of society. It's no secret that today there are many external factors that influence the formation of children's worldview, especially in the virtual world, since the influence of the Internet on children is almost impossible to control. Therefore, reality dictates the need for us to look at these issues comprehensively, comprehensively. Unfortunately, we must admit that such harmful things as cruelty to the environment, suicides, and low tolerance are encountered in children’s environment. ” At the same time, the minister noted the relevance of understanding that the modernization of public consciousness begins with each family, with the person himself, the principles that will be laid down in his childhood. "Therefore, I hope that we will implement this project in close partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science." The presentation of the Strategy was made by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the KIOR “Rukhani Zhagyru” Asem Kaidarova. She noted that the document pays great attention to recommendations aimed at a deep understanding by students of the values ​​of the "Rukhani Zhagyru" program and their correlation with the subjects of the school curriculum. So, the document was developed in patriotic, local history and career guidance directions. The strategy covers preschool children, primary school students, middle and senior level students. During the online event, the teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of secondary school No. 27 in Ust-Kamenogorsk Bek Mukanov, deputy director for educational work of school-lyceum No. 66 in Nur-Sultan Tolkyn Beysekova shared their practical opinion. In addition, the heads of the Balapan and El Arna TV channels Makpal Zhumabay, Arman Seitmamyt, the head of the Ult Taғdyry NGO Dos Koshim, the head of the Atamnyn amanaty NGO Aliya Sagimbaeva and others took part in the discussion. During the discussion, the participants gave recommendations for improving the mechanisms of spiritual and moral education of children of preschool and school age within the framework of the presented strategy.
