Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan IN 2020: PROJECTS, RESULTS
The work of the Ministry of Information and Social Development in 2020 was carried out in various directions, which cover the issues of information, religion, interethnic relations, interaction with the non-governmental sector, state youth policy. Thus, a unified approach was implemented in the formation of the state order at the republican and regional levels, the transfer of exclusive rights to the placement of television products to the content producer for three years took place, the share of analytical and multimedia content increased. 15 training seminars were held within the framework of the Astana Media Week, in which more than two thousand people participated, 5 trainings for 500 regional journalists. In addition, three memorandums of cooperation for the development of industry journalism were concluded with the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources, Al-Farabi KazNU, Lev Gumilyov ENU and Sanzhar Asfendiyarov KazNMU, and relations were established with foreign training companies from Great Britain, Germany and Russia. In 2020 MIOR launched several new projects: Stopfake.kz website: posted 250 publications refuting fakes and clarifying resonant topics; 66 thousand visitors; 100 thousand page views; a separate section will function sailau.stopfake.kz, which will refute fakes related to elections. Unified portal of state programs: loaded program passports; complemented by achievement infographics indicator indicators; heading "Question and Answers" with comments experts. Unified portal of state media Objective: To highlight and promote implementation measures instructions from the President, government and state programs; daily the editorial office of the portal receives from 15 up to 45 news texts; posted more than 3 thousand materials. In addition, a project dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abai was created on the Massaget.kz and Tengrinews.kz portals, the School Online project with training videos for parents and teachers during quarantine, eight issues of the Balayeva 3 Questions program were released, as well as a project "Heroes Among Us". In the field of civil society, a large-scale project "Academy of NGOs" is being implemented, the IX Civil Forum of Kazakhstan was held online, 2700 materials were examined, 1295 materials of a destructive nature were not allowed to circulate, more than 70 thousand people were withdrawn from destructive sites and social communities. To rehabilitate people who have suffered from destructive religious ideology, work is being carried out with 632 citizens returned from the zones of terrorist activity within the framework of the humanitarian operations "Zhusan" and "Rusafa". Of the 163 women returned under the Zhusan operation, 133 abandoned their radical views, and 2433 adherents of destructive tendencies were also rehabilitated and returned to the mainstream of traditional religion. A system of analytical work on interethnic relations has been built, maps of ethnosocial tension in each region have been developed and implemented. Abai Uii Kazakh cultural and business houses have been opened in 5 countries (Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Germany). Opened in 12 foreign countries 31 online class for learning the Kazakh language. The Ministry approved the Action Plan for the implementation of the second stage of the Concept of Family and Gender Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030. More than 400 thousand among young people online consultations for youth on employment, education and housing, the republican youth educational project Zeren has been implemented.
