The results of the XVI working season of the youth project "Zhasyl El"

On December 14, 2020, the closing ceremony of the XVI labor season of the republican youth labor teams "Zhasyl El" was held in the Almaty region. The closing ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development Shakhmardan Baimanov, Head of the Department for Youth Policy of the Almaty Region Saparov Eldar, Head of the Republican Headquarters "Zhasyl El" Daniyar Azamat, heads of republican youth organizations, regional delegates, activists labor detachments "Zhasyl El". The chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs Shakhmardan Baimanov read a letter of gratitude from the Minister of Information and Social Development Aida Balaeva to the republican headquarters "Zhasyl El". During the event, the participants emphasized that this year the initiative of Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev to create youth labor groups "Zhasyl El" is 15 years old. During the event, the best headquarters, active fighters of the Zhasyl El labor detachments were noted, the most active participants in the movement were awarded letters of thanks on behalf of the Ministry of Information and Social Development. Thus, thanks to the Zhasyl El project, in 2020 more than 11 thousand young people from all regions of Kazakhstan were involved in seasonal employment. It should be noted that over 15 years more than 300 thousand young people have been involved in the Zhasyl El project and are involved in seasonal work. The project "Zhasyl El" allowed youth labor groups throughout Kazakhstan to plant more than 40 million trees, improve parks, squares, courtyards, thereby young Kazakhstanis made a significant contribution to the greening of the country's settlements. The republican headquarters "Zhasyl el" has rightfully become a successful nationwide youth movement, which introduces to work and respect for nature, instills in young people a sense of patriotism. For the most active “Zhasyl El” has become a social lift in building a successful professional career. One of the main goals of the Zhasyl El project is the formation of an ecological worldview, culture, and a responsible attitude to nature and the environment among Kazakh youth. As the Head of State K.K Tokayev noted in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2020, “environmental protection and environmental development are top-priority issues for our country, this is our important and main task. The entire civilized world community is dealing with this issue. We, too, cannot stay away from such a mass trend. " The Ministry of Information and Social Development and the Republican Headquarters "Zhasyl El" plans in 2021 to continue the implementation of projects aimed at creating an environmental culture among young people.
