Notification of additional placement of projects on the official Internet resource and the Internet portal "Open RLA"

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan notifies about the additional placement of the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public control in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the draft Concept to the Law "On public control in the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the official Internet resource and Internet portal "Open legal regulations".
These acts were developed in order to create legal conditions for the implementation of tasks in the field of strengthening public control, set by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action" dated September 1, 2020.
In this draft Law, definitions are given to the existing forms of public control, and new forms are proposed. It is envisaged that public control can be carried out both in the forms provided for by this law, and in other forms provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the same time, the subjects of public control during its implementation may be endowed with other rights and bear other obligations, in addition to those provided for by this draft Law.
