A meeting of the Republican Council of Mediation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was held

On November 26, 2020, in the House of Friendship in Nur-Sultan, a meeting of the Republican Council of Mediation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan was held in an online format.
The event was attended by Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Republican Council of Mediation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan N. Mikaelyan, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Interethnic Relations of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Uisimbaev, Director of the RSU "Kogamdyk Kelisim" E. Shauenov, representatives of central state bodies, regional mediation centers, professional and public mediators.
During the event, issues of further development of the institution of mediation in Kazakhstan, the role of mediation in resolving interethnic conflicts, modern possibilities of mediation in resolving family disputes (conflicts) and others were discussed.
Following the meeting, a new composition of the republican Council of Mediation of the ANC was approved and the Regulation of the Council was considered.
