The Ministry took part in a number of events of the "Rýhanı jańǵyrý " program in Shymkent and the Turkestan region

On November 12-13 this year, Bolat Tlepov, Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during a working trip to Shymkent and Turkestan region, took part in a number of events. The Vice Minister held a meeting with the staff of the regional project office of the "Rýhanı jańǵyrý" program in Shymkent and got acquainted with their activities. During the meeting, Bolat Tlepov noted the special role of regional project offices in the effective implementation of the Rukhani Zhagyru program and announced upcoming plans to develop a Roadmap for the transition of the "Rýhanı jańǵyrý" program to the period of National Modernization. The Roadmap will cover a set of measures to improve the status of the state language, spiritual, moral and patriotic education based on high national and universal values, the formation of applied skills, the revival of the village, etc. Also during the trip, Bolat Tlepov visited the "Sag" film studio and expressed gratitude to the film studio staff for the work being done to produce high-quality animated films and an invaluable contribution to the development of the younger generation. This year, within the framework of the Rukhani Zhagyru program with the support of the Akimat of Shymkent and commissioned by the national TV channel Qazaqstan, the Sag film studio completed the filming of the serial historical film Al-Farabi, dedicated to the 1150th anniversary of the scientist Abu Nasr Al-Farabi. In addition, the vice minister visited the territory of the "Citadel" (revival of the old city), which reflects the history of the development of Shymkent. The first stage of excavation and restoration work of the old city was completed this year; in 2021, it is planned to open an open-air museum and an amphitheater on the territory of the Citadel. The citadel will become the main tourist center of Shymkent in the future. On November 13, Vice Minister of Information and Public Development B. Tlepov arrived on a working visit to the Turkestan region. During the visit, the vice minister got acquainted with the activities of the new visit center and the regional project office "Rukhani zhagyru". This year, in the Turkestan region, within the framework of the special project "Tugan zher", at the expense of the sponsors, 75 socially significant objects were commissioned for a total of 2 billion tenge. Also, at the regional level, international online events were organized "Tүrkiler tөri T Рrkіstan", "Rýhanı jańǵyrý: Tүrkіstan dәrіsterі", etc. Since the beginning of the year, more than 800 events have been held in the region within the framework of the program, covering more than one hundred thousand people. Most of the events were organized online, in the form of challenges, seminars and meetings. During the visit, Bolat Tlepov presented new initiatives to further intensify work in the priority areas of the "Rýhanı jańǵyrý" program.
