On the first day of the online school for young political scientists "Policy Camp", a dialogue platform "The role of the expert community in shaping the electoral behavior of young people" was held. According to him, the electoral activity of citizens, including youth, is very important for the country. Participation in elections is the most important act that characterizes the civil position and political culture of a person. Therefore, our task is to further increase the level of political literacy of young people and develop the expert community of Kazakhstan. The well-known political scientist Aidos Sarym in his speech touched upon the topic of the elections of deputies to the Mazhilis and Maslikhats and spoke about the negative impact of the role of social networks and bloggers in the life of modern society. “Now we are actively discussing the upcoming elections to the Mazhilis and Maslikhats deputies. The elections will be held according to the party list. Many say that there are no known candidates among the candidates, and our rights as citizens of the country and electors are being violated. But you need to know that politics is not an occupation for idlers, ”the political scientist said. In this regard, he drew attention to the need to increase the political activity of citizens.
