International experts conduct educational programs for Kazakhstani NGOs.
NGO "Center for Civil Initiatives" with the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development is implementing a large-scale project "Academy of NGOs".
This is the first systematic course of necessary legal and managerial knowledge for leaders of NGOs in Kazakhstan.
“The uniqueness of the educational program lies in the presentation of the best practices for the successful development of NGOs to the participants of the seminar. Well-known experts and business trainers will share their knowledge about planning and analyzing the activities of NGOs, attracting funding sources, ways to promote NGOs, creating their own development strategy and other knowledge. Thanks to distance learning, seminars and webinars are available to everyone. Our main task is to create a Kazakhstani platform for organizing distance and mobile training for NGO representatives, as well as developing the professional skills of public associations, ”said Madiyar Kozhakhmetov, Chairman of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the IIOR RK.
To date, over 300 students have been enrolled in the NGO Academy and trainers from different countries have been involved.
Thus, for strategic and communication management, Kazakhstani specialists are an expert in the field of mass communications Alina Khamatdinova, a consultant for strategic and communication marketing Ildar Valiullov, head of the first international agency for socially oriented marketing RedMe in Russia Olga Sharatuta, for social entrepreneurship - an expert from Kyrgyzstan Gulnara Dzhunushaliyeva and others.
International experts train representatives of public organizations in communication promotion methods, the specifics of cooperation with business and the promotion of NGOs, effective tools for the development of NGOs using the example of Russian cases, strategy, financial planning and project management.
“A very useful and informative project. Marketing methods for promoting NGOs and decisions of Russian agencies for corporate volunteering became a discovery for me. We received new and timely information on the development of NGOs, which will definitely be applicable in our future activities, ”said Dinara Utebayeva, head of the Civil Alliance of Kostanay region. The project is being implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of grant funding.
