The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015 No. 150" On approval of the Register of positions of political and administrative civil servants "(hereinafter referred to as the Draft).
The project envisages raising the status of press secretaries in central government bodies to the level of category P-1, in local executive bodies to the level of category D-2.
