A round table meeting "Public control: mechanisms of interaction with government bodies and legislative consolidation"

Today on September 23, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Information and Social Development A. Balayeva, a round table meeting "Public control: mechanisms of interaction with government bodies and legislative consolidation" was held in the format of an online conference.

The main topic of discussion was the discussion of the provisions of the recent Address of the Head of State, dedicated to the effective formation of civil society in Kazakhstan.

The round table was attended by representatives of non-governmental organizations, experts, members of public councils at central and local levels and employees of interested government agencies.

In her speech, A. Balayeva emphasized the importance of interaction between state bodies and civil society in the development of public control. Addressing the new President of the Civil Alliance B. Nurgazieva, she noted: "We are confident that the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan will become a key basis for civic engagement, building a permanent link between NGOs and the state - an essential element for sustainable development."
