Marat Azilkhanov met with Supreme Mufti and members of the Republican Information and Educational Group under the RAKM

On September 21, 2020, Vice Minister of Information and Social Development Marat Azilkhanov participated in a working meeting of the Chairman of the Religious Administration of Kazakhstan’s Muslims, Supreme Mufti Nauryzbay kazhy Taganuly with members of the Republican Information and Educational Group (hereinafter - RIEG) under the RAKM.

The meeting discussed topical issues of improving the information and educational work of the RIEG in the online format, including through the use of modern technologies.

During the meeting the parties exchanged views on a number of topical areas of information and educational work to prevent the spread of the ideology of religious extremism among believers of the country.
