The Ministry of information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Ministry) in order to implement the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Zh. Tokayev "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action", as well as the goals and objectives of the project office "Adaldyk alany", informs the following.
The priority of the anti-corruption policy is the timely prevention and prevention of corruption offenses, which include the implementation of preventive measures aimed at identifying corruption risks and forming an anti-corruption culture in society.
The Ministry systematically conducts activities aimed at eliminating corruption offenses, as well as forming an anti-corruption culture and intolerance to any manifestations of corruption.
However, there are cases of corruption violations.
In this regard, we inform you that the Ministry, as well as its subordinate organizations, do not charge suppliers additional costs for signing and speeding up the acceptance of goods, works and services under public procurement contracts and other civil contracts.
The treatment of additional expenses is illegal, as well as a violation of the character.
It should be noted that the interaction with suppliers should be within the framework of legislative and signed agreements and obligations.
