In the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, Astana Hub, within the framework of the Apple Authorized Training Centre for Education (AATCe), is launching a Training of Trainers program. The training will take place at the International Artificial Intelligence Center alem.ai in Astana and is aimed at preparing certified trainers in application development for Apple platforms.
Applications are open until April 13, 2026, via the designated link.
The program consists of several stages: application submission, preliminary selection (including questionnaires and assessment of professional experience and motivation), and an in-person bootcamp. The training will be conducted in an intensive format and will begin in May of this year. Participants will attend a four-day bootcamp led by an international Apple trainer.
The program is open to candidates who have a basic understanding of programming (knowledge of logic and experience with any programming language will be an advantage), possess English proficiency at no lower than Intermediate level (B1–B2), and are prepared to complete an intensive workshop and further develop as trainers in application development for Apple platforms.
The launch of this program represents an important step in the development of educational infrastructure in the fields of mobile development and digital technologies. The preparation of trainers will help establish a local community of Apple development instructors who will be able to deliver training and contribute to the growth of Kazakhstan’s mobile application ecosystem.
“Human capital development and the training of world-class specialists are among Astana Hub’s key priorities. In October 2023, we became the official representative of AATCe in Kazakhstan and began teaching students to develop mobile applications for iOS. The next stage of this partnership is the launch of the Training of Trainers program, which will address the shortage of certified Apple trainers in the country. This marks the beginning of a strong community of trainers who will guide thousands of young Kazakhstanis into the world of mobile development, transforming local ideas into global products,” emphasized Magzhan Madiev, CEO of Astana Hub.
As part of the training, participants will undergo intensive preparation and develop comprehensive skills in Apple platform development. The program is designed for candidates with basic experience and is intended to bring them to a professional level. Participants will learn application development in Swift using Xcode, study iOS application architecture, and design user interfaces with UIKit and SwiftUI. The curriculum also includes work with modern Apple frameworks such as ARKit and Core ML, integration with web services, and the development of an original application. Special attention will be devoted to teaching methodology and the preparation of future trainers.
Upon completion of the bootcamp, participants will be eligible to apply for Apple Trainer certification. This certification confirms the right to teach courses in development for Apple platforms and to deliver training under the company’s official educational programs.
Following the preparation of trainers at AATCe, Astana Hub plans to launch educational programs for university students, school students, and aspiring developers. The training will focus on developing mobile programming skills and creating original applications for Apple platforms. The best trainers will be employed to implement these programs.
The implementation of these educational initiatives contributes to the development of human capital and the strengthening of the national IT ecosystem by expanding opportunities to acquire advanced digital skills.
