Winners of the Meta Llama Accelerator Announced at Digital Bridge 2025

At the international Digital Bridge 2025 forum, the winners of the Meta Llama Accelerator program — the first AI acceleration initiative implemented in partnership with Meta — were officially announced.

The program was launched by the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with Meta and the Blockchain & AI Technology Center. Its goal is to support talented tech professionals, startups, and developers implementing AI-driven solutions for government agencies and businesses.

“This program has proven how effectively the public–private partnership model can work. When business, government, and developers unite their efforts, ideas are born that turn into real solutions. The accelerator became possible thanks to the support of Astana Hub, NITEC, Astana Innovations, and Steppe, as well as the participation of major technology companies such as Amazon Web Services. Today, we are proud to present the results of this joint work,” said Sarim Aziz, Regional Director of Public Policy at Meta.

As part of the Meta Llama Accelerator, participants received mentorship from Meta’s international experts, access to advanced computational resources and infrastructure, and training in working with open AI models, including Llama and the localized KazLLM. They also had the opportunity to develop real-world solutions for government and business challenges. The final projects were presented during Demo Day, attended by investors and representatives of the public sector.

Winners of the Meta Llama Accelerator:

  • CyberLLM with the project AstanAI – a Kazakhstani startup developing intelligent systems for government agencies. The solution helps civil servants use language models that understand law, society, and responsibility.

  • AI Enjoyers with Baiterek Guide – a personal AI companion for exploring Astana.

  • BizAI with Aqyl Jol – an AI system for traffic and municipal fleet management.

  • TOU with Neuro News – a solution for automating editorial processes in news media.

  • True Masters with TanymLoop – an intelligent RAG system for government and corporate organizations, achieving up to 90% answer accuracy. It continuously learns from user feedback and saves hundreds of work hours.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for us to showcase our strengths and collaborate with major organizations. Within the accelerator, we completed four key stages and successfully tested our solution with a large government institution. Moving forward, we plan to expand our partnerships and scale our cooperation,” said Temirlan Mukatayev, CEO of True Masters.

The Meta Llama Accelerator marks an important milestone in strengthening Kazakhstan’s technological leadership and developing a sustainable AI ecosystem that unites government, business, and the innovation community.
