Investor Rights Protection Committee of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Committee's tasks are:

1) exercising supreme supervision over the legality of investments and investment activities;

2) protecting, combating, and preventing violations of investor rights;

3) identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the violation of investor rights, as well as their consequences;

4) managing and coordinating intersectoral efforts to protect investor rights;

5) implementing pre-trial dispute resolution involving investors;

6) implementing other tasks determined by the Constitutional Law, international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and these Regulations.

The functions and powers of the Committee are defined by the Regulations approved by Decree No. 1125 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 17, 2025.
