Issues of investment attraction have been considered

Today at the government meeting chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, issues effectiveness of the support measures, stimulation of investments, improvement, urban greening.

Deputy of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - minister of national economy Nurlan Baibazarov highlighted that large-scale projects on investment attraction were set. Within the framework of unified investment of projects in the current year, implementation of 234 projects worth KZT 2.3 trillion was planned.
After the meeting akim of the region Nurlybek Nalibaev clarified direction of upcoming work.
“The Head of State directed the commencement of a new investment period during the enlarged government session. Efforts must be made to provide support for ongoing and future projects in the region, while also implementing concrete solutions to resolve any challenges and eliminate barriers. This year, the region received KZT 517.5 billion. At the end of the January from all sources of financing of investment attraction worth KZT 40.2 billion, compared to the same period last year the indicator increased by 32.4%," said the head of the region.
It should be noted that 6 industrial zones with an area of 525 hectares have been created in the region, engineering infrastructure systems have been installed and 30 projects are being implemented. In addition, construction is underway on 22 projects. However, 4 projects have been temporarily suspended; land plots for 5 projects must be returned. Of the 525 hectares transferred to industrial zones, only 206 hectares have now been developed. The Head of State will summarize the work of the investment headquarters at the end of the six months and evaluate the work of each minister and akim in this direction. Nurlybek Mashbekovich instructed the deputy responsible in this area, Ardak Zebeshev, to provide maximum support to investor projects within the framework of the law, and to begin work that will give real results.
