20 large families of Syrdarya district were handed the keys to housing

Today, Akim of the region Gulshara Abdykalikova handed keys to new apartments to large and low-income families during a working trip to the Syrdarya district.
The head of the region took part in the commissioning ceremony of 10 semi-detached residential buildings in the district center of the village of Terenozek and congratulated the new settlers.

The validity period of housing programs, such as "Baspana Hit" and "7-20-25", expires in the near future. In this regard, a unified housing program will be developed." In this regard, such beautiful houses are being built and transferred to you with funds allocated by the state.
As you know, the Kyzylorda region has been dynamically developing in recent years. If 654.5 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned last year, 682.7 thousand square meters of housing will be built this year. I wish you good health, prosperity to your families!", - said the head of the region.
Abdrazakov's mother Altynshash, who had many children, spoke on behalf of the residents and shared her joy.
The housing was purchased as part of a project to provide housing for socially vulnerable and low-income families of the population of the Syrdarya district. The total area of one apartment is 72 sq. m. The land area of each house is 10 acres.
Recall that last year 69 large families were provided with housing in the Syrdarya district.
Gulshara Abdykalikova also got acquainted with the work of individual entrepreneur Madina Omarova in the Serikbol trading house. The activity of the business facility, opened as Toykhana, was reoriented into a trading house last year in accordance with the requirements of the pandemic period. According to the mechanism of subsidizing the Business Roadmap 2020 program, the entrepreneur received 40 million tenge to replenish working capital and, despite the epidemic, does not stop its activities and provides work for its fellow countrymen.
Akim of the region inspected the trading house and wished success to the entrepreneur who opened the way to change, noting that the opening of such a trading house is important for the population of the district.
