Akim of the region checked the readiness of suburban schools for the educational process

There are only a few days left before the start of the new school year. The academic year will be held in a traditional format, in compliance with all sanitary requirements.
All educational institutions of Kyzylorda region are ready for the new academic year. Teachers and parents will enter schools through the Ashyk app. Students will be able to enter school after passing the 5-step disinfection test. The principle "1 grade - 1 room" was introduced to limit contacts of students. That is, students are not allowed group gatherings during recess. At the same time, control over the readiness of schools for learning has been strengthened. Akim of the region Gulshara Abdykalikova last week analyzed the readiness of city schools for the new academic year, and today she got acquainted with the preparatory work in schools on the outskirts of the regional center and in the village of Shirkeili, Syrdarya region.
First, the head of the region got acquainted with the preparation for the academic year at the IT-school-lyceum №187 named after M. Shokai.
1134 schoolchildren study in two shifts. This year 108 students will cross the threshold of the 1st grade. To ensure the safety of students, a turnstile, a special device for measuring the temperature of students, will be installed at the entrance to the school. To date, 108 of the school's 115 teachers have been vaccinated against the coronavirus.
In the new academic year, a centralized alarm system and special guards will be installed in the school building. The school launched an innovative project to organize the educational process. That is, each student is given a personal card with a QR code, which contains information about students and their parents: menus, feedback and payment in the school cafeteria.
Then the head of the region visited school-gymnasium №212. They also carefully prepare for their studies. The safety of students is ensured by 30 CCTV cameras. School teachers have completed a full course of vaccination. This year 130 children will go to the first grade. Akim of the region, having familiarized himself with the situation, instructed not only schoolchildren, but also teachers to strictly observe the mask regime and organize regular cleaning.
Also akim of the region visited school-lyceum №268 in Aksuat rural district. The head of the region was presented with the revision of the school. Construction of a 3-storey building with 200 seats began in April. The object will be commissioned in September. The project cost is over 380 million tenge. This decision was made in connection with the demographic and geographical expansion of the settlement. 98% of teachers working in an educational institution are vaccinated.
Akim of the region also got acquainted with the preparation for the new academic year of the school-lyceum № 129 named after A. Zhamishev in the village of Shirkeili, Syrdarya district. Currently, all students of the school are fully provided with the necessary textbooks. There are also CCTV cameras, disinfection tunnels, quartz lamps and disinfectants for each class. 98.6% of school teachers were vaccinated.
In general, more than 8000 students will study in the Syrdarya region this year. 805 of them will cross the school threshold for the first time. Students are fully provided with textbooks. For these purposes, more than 43 million tenge has been allocated from the regional budget. 97% of teachers in the district are vaccinated against the epidemic.
Akim of the region instructed the head of the education department, Akzira Kasymova, to prepare for the new academic year and take all necessary measures to ensure that schoolchildren receive education without hindrance.
