In accordance with Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas" and the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop products" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 20209), the Akimat of Kyzylorda region DECIDES:
1. To approve the list of priority crops and subsidy rates for subsidizing the development of production of priority crops, including perennial plantings, for 2025 in Kyzylorda region in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
2. To assign control over the implementation of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Kyzylorda region.
3. This resolution shall come into force upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
